Congratulations to the ICC25 raid team in the team effort to allow the guild to earn one of these weapons.
Although the Axe is fit for a giant, it does go rather nicely with our pudgy, mini-me gnome warrior by the name of Dirkette!

Lets continue to raid strong and finish strong as the guild goes toward the next content expansion - Cataclysm. With that said, we are continuing to recruit well skilled players who are focused on learning and executing the fates hand way, which enables us to maintain a well-oiled raid team into the future,

The next challenge of ICC-25 normal has been conquered - clearing the Frostwing Halls and downing of Sindragosa

It was a good warm up for the needs of fighting Arthas in the final fight with a lot of movement, a lot of good healing, and a lot of good DPS (though there is always room for improvement).

Congrats on a very clean kill with a ton of time to the enrage timer >.> and start reading up on Arthas. Since we have quite a few people who are rolling around with Kingslayer titles, getting down the Lich King will be making the tweaks that will help a 25man run succeed.

Congrats on the loot, and congrats on the next ICC-25 milestone.

Great job last night on a very clean (read: farmlike) kill of BQL. Also many grats out to the loot winners and those who were patient with the switches we were doing. It seems obvious on the increase of dps throughput and movement that was demonstrated on the kill, and quite frankly for the whole night. Next week, lets get the kill with those who switched out, and also the sole chicken who watched the kill dead.

We are now at the footsteps on Sindragosa 25, and as many of you may know, this requires some coordination, but nothing extraordinary. Read up on Sind and know what the heck are all the different required LOS moves that you all have to learn to master.

Well, we brought out of Holy Retirement 2 of the guild tanks - who happen to be holy off-spec Paladins to throw some Holy Lights at Dreamwalker, and after a few tries downed her.

It is nice to mix things up and to get the kill, and take a nice new pic.

Congrats on the raid team for downing the Plagueworks in ICC this week with our guild first kill of 25 man Putricide. On a side note, i also wanted to shout out a big congrats on the following recent accomplishments:

A truly fantastic night for the guild raid team with a 2 shot of Heroic Faction Champs, followed by a kill of Twin Valks.

Anyways, it was a super raid tonight. Anub 25 Heroic attempts was thwarted by the server glitches. In fact, we almost got cut early due to server issues.

Grats to the team having 4 bosses down!

First off, I want to welcome the many new guildies to the guild. You will all certainly be a contributing part on the continued success of the guild, now almost 5 years in existence. We have a large blend of really, really old guildies to brand new /ginvites who are continuing to chip away at Heroic TotGC 25. We will need to continue to work together as a team to put Faction Champs and beyond on farm as we have done with Northrend Beasts and Jaraxxus. If you have the patience and appreciate and enjoy the friendships of your fellow guildies, then you too can get guild firsts in the future like many of us have going back to the original Ony and MC.

As a front page post, I wanted to just share with everyone the everlasting guild dynamics. We have had many folks graduate high school and go off to college (and hear all about it too, right Kaelthor). We have had people graduate college and move out to start new jobs (many of these). We have had a Frenchman have a baby (we do miss the daily Mayalen insults). A college football player go out for the NFL. We have had a few of us come and return to fight for our freedom as members of the US Military (many guildies). We have a few people who train to fight (GM, Strider) We have had a few get married (;D). And we have had a few help their own children in high school, college, or other life activities (Kyta). We have had people come, we have had people leave, but really a large part of us have stuck it out through thick and thin. I do want to say thanks for the many a people who we have shared many nights together (some relatively small, some of you for 3-5 nights a week for the past 5 years).

I think I speak for everyone that we have all made a bunch of friends over the years because of not only this game, but because of this guild. I thank you all for that. We come together from all over the world, different timezones and cultures and come together as a team when we need to.

Well, normal mode Crusaders Coliseum was ... normal. Nonetheless it was fun to get into a new encounter to optimize and learn to to heroics. Heroics were notably harder than the most recent 2 hour clear of normal CC.

Heroic Ulduar 25 has been a long but fun road for the guild. we have been fortunate to get a whole bunch of new folks, while at the same time, many regulars have stuck through the challenging summer months.

at long last, we have downed Yogg-Saron, and have tweaked our strats and goals to focus on getting to Yogg ASAP.

Congrats on the shoulders, and our next stop : Algalon!
