I haven't played in nearly a year and barely keep track of the latest news. Despite this, I saw it coming.

Im surprised that people are actually surprised about the nerf. Its plain as day that ret pallies are OP in every combat situation.

wow this will hurt prot pallies too in a way, or actually steer us even more towards Full-Fledged Str/AP swords, where really good 'caster' maces like the Hammer of Judgement was still pretty reasonable.

20% reduction in Judgements, reduced JoW to 1% mana recuperated with now a 50% proc rate. this sucks cause in 5 mans, i was less of a drink-a-din between packs when i used JoW.

It is not so bad ....the damage in long fights are still there ...rets just goin to have to use mana pots all over again
pvp wise ..well nubish ret pallies are goin to have to play the class for reals and no more button mashin trying to kill druids and mages ..you hav eto be precise about your timers again..( Heloo Quarts) in addition im kinda ok with the over all nefs cuz granpe shouldn't be able to kill t4 geared warrior while eating a burrito amiright?...it is what it is...

prot pallies holding aggro has considerably gotten more difficult - especially with melee (due to the threat change mechanics with near-range vs far range)

With the expansion coming most of the mobs (from what i hear) is pretty much all undead ,demon ,scourage what ot ..so your threat should be built in

I'd rather have working threat against all mobs than be a gimmick undead/demon tank. Not to mention the spider places, Uldar and any dragon interactions would be outside the undead/demon category.

They'll fix prot threat, it just might not be correct at launch at this rate.

Retribution, the path of the protector or mender brought to its natural conclusion: destroying evil before the weak need to be shielded from it, before it can wound the innocent.

I heard prot threat balances out due to increasing armor on WotlK content. So the idea must be that spell dmg bypasses armor. How much armor do spiders have? Prob just another rumor to get more paladins to tank.
